These terms govern your use of karmawings.com, operated by Cleopargan LLC ("KarmaWings", "we", "us").

1. What KarmaWings is
KarmaWings is a travel search and trip-planning service. We help you discover destinations, compare options and organise a trip. We display information about flights, accommodation, experiences and other travel services offered by third parties.
We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or airline. We do not sell travel services, issue tickets, or take payment for bookings. When you choose to book, you leave our site and contract directly with the airline, hotel, agency or other provider.
2. Bookings are with third parties
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the provider, governed by that provider's own terms and conditions. Their terms cover payment, changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and what happens if something goes wrong.
We are not a party to that contract and cannot change, cancel or refund a booking on your behalf. For anything relating to an existing booking, contact the provider directly.
3. Information and prices
Prices, availability and travel information shown on KarmaWings come from third-party sources and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any price, schedule, or availability shown is current, complete or accurate. The price you pay is the price confirmed by the provider at the point of booking.
Destination information, weather, currency data, safety indicators and trip suggestions are provided for general guidance only. They are not professional advice. Always check official sources — including your government's travel advice and the relevant embassy — for entry requirements, visas, vaccinations and safety.
4. Affiliate relationships
We earn a commission when you book through some of the links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This is how KarmaWings is funded.
A commercial relationship does not change what we show you, and we aim to present options on their merits. Links that earn us a commission are marked as sponsored in the page code.
5. Using the site
You may use KarmaWings for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not:
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site
- interfere with the site's operation, security or availability
- misrepresent your identity, or use the site for any unlawful purpose
- copy, republish or resell our content without written permission
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site.
6. Saved trips and email
Where the site lets you save a trip or give us an email address, we handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Some features store data in your browser on your own device rather than on our servers. Clearing your browser data may remove them.
7. Our content
The KarmaWings name, design, text, and original imagery are owned by Cleopargan LLC or used under licence. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
8. Availability
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will remain available. We may change or withdraw features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleopargan LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any booking made with a third-party provider. This includes cancelled or delayed travel, provider insolvency, inaccurate prices or information, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
